* We require 24hrs notice for cancellation. If not, 50% cancellation will apply.
* No cheques accepted. Debit, Credit cards & EFT Payments welcome.
* 50% deposit is required when booking a spa package and specific treatments.
* Please bring appropriate swimwear for all Water Facilities and Spa Packages.
