Wax and Tint
We offer a quality Waxing system. Our qualified therapists are well skilled and trained in the Depiléve brand and are committed to ensuring your comfort and discretion at all times.
Due to guest preference, we offer Hot- and Cold Wax. We also offer a Rooibos Wax by Depiléve for our more pain-sensitive guests, in conjunction with our soothing Resque Cream.
Terms & Conditions
* Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
* Late arrival – your treatment time will be reduced and full rate will apply.
* We require 24hrs notice for cancellation. If not, 50% cancellation will apply.
* No cheques accepted. Debit, Credit cards & EFT Payments welcome.
* 50% deposit is required when booking a spa package and specific treatments.
* Please bring appropriate swimwear for all Water Facilities and Spa Packages.
* Please respect all our guests’ right to relaxation, therefore ensure all mobile phones are switched off / Silent Mode during treatments.
* Management & staff are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged valuables, nor cash or personal items, while making use of the Salon & Spa facilities.
* Provisional bookings will not be held for longer than 5 working days.
